Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it with a fork, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the broth and beef over the cooked ramen noodles.
