- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the corn, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and salt and pepper. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve in tacos, bowls, or with chips, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or chili powder. Use quality ranch seasoning for the best results, and don’t skip the lime and cilantro garnish for extra freshness.
