Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic bread rolls
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (like bell peppers or mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the tops off the garlic bread rolls and hollow out the insides to create bowls.
  5. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
