Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter (optional, for brushing on buns)
  • Celery and blue cheese dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
  5. Add a slice of cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  7. If desired, brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for extra flavor.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
