- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese
- Butter (for brushing)
- Celery sticks (optional, for serving)
- Carrots (optional, for serving)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with cheese.
- Place the top half of the bun over the cheese.
- Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm with celery, carrots, and dressing on the side.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your taste and experiment with different cheeses.
