Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Celery sticks (optional, for serving)
  • Carrots (optional, for serving)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the bun over the cheese.
  7. Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm with celery, carrots, and dressing on the side.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your taste and experiment with different cheeses.
