Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch; let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped green onions before serving.
