- 12 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well mixed.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and let it simmer until thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
- Transfer to serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
