Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and let it simmer until thickened.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
  7. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
