Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the diced chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
