Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the diced chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
