Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Make sure to cook the chicken completely before adding the sauce to ensure it’s safe to eat. Adjust honey for desired sweetness. You can also add veggies like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
