Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade. Add the diced chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Serve the chicken over cooked rice and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
  4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
