- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade. Add the diced chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Let the chicken marinate longer for more flavor and consider adding vegetables for extra nutrition.
