- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 200g noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the chicken.
- Stir until the chicken is coated in the sauce and it’s sticky.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and mix well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the garlic, as it can become bitter. Adjust the honey in the sauce to your taste. For added spice, consider red pepper flakes.
