- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak bits and cook until they are browned and caramelized on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the beef overnight. Adjust sweetness by modifying brown sugar and honey amounts.
