Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Marinate the steak pieces for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Add marinated steak bites to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve warm.
