Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
  3. Marinate the steak pieces for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  5. Add marinated steak bites to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve warm.
