- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in a Crockpot.
- Pour sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra spice, consider adding red pepper flakes to the meat mixture. Use ground chicken or pork for a different flavor.
