Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in a Crockpot.
  4. Pour sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or high for 120-180 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra spice, consider adding red pepper flakes to the meat mixture. Use ground chicken or pork for a different flavor.
