Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, sweet chili sauce, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the Crockpot.
  4. Pour the additional sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or ginger to the meat mixture. If you prefer more heat, add crushed red pepper flakes.
