- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, sweet chili sauce, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the Crockpot.
- Pour the additional sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or ginger to the meat mixture. If you prefer more heat, add crushed red pepper flakes.
