  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages of ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup of ground beef crumbles
  • 1/4 cup of taco sauce
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef crumbles in a skillet on medium heat until crispy, adding garlic salt for flavor.
  2. In another pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles for 6-8 minutes, stirring once to prevent sticking.
  3. Once the noodles are soft and water is mostly absorbed, add taco seasoning, cooked beef, green onions, taco sauce, and cheese. Mix well.
  4. Serve hot and top with extra cheese or sour cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a bit of water to loosen the mixture.
