- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup of ground beef crumbles
- 1/4 cup of taco sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef crumbles in a skillet on medium heat until crispy, adding garlic salt for flavor.
- In another pot, boil water and cook ramen noodles for 6-8 minutes, stirring once to prevent sticking.
- Once the noodles are soft and water is mostly absorbed, add taco seasoning, cooked beef, green onions, taco sauce, and cheese. Mix well.
- Serve hot and top with extra cheese or sour cream if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a bit of water to loosen the mixture.
