Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Preheat a taiyaki mold over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour batter into the mold, add your desired filling, and then cover with more batter.
- Cook until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from mold and let cool slightly before serving.
