- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half the marinade over the salmon and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook salmon for 12-15 minutes on grill or in the oven until flaky and golden.

Notes
Make sure not to overcook the salmon for the best flavor and texture. Marinating longer can enhance the taste.
