  6. Layer the beef mixture over the cornmeal base, then pour the remaining cornmeal mixture over the beef layer.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and olives on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve warm.
