Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- Fresh basil leaves
- Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce and cook until the beef is done.
- Stir in the shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers. Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Soften the rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water until they become pliable.
- On each rice paper wrapper, place some of the beef mixture and a few fresh basil leaves.
- Roll it up tightly and place it seam side down. Repeat for all the wrappers.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce like sweet chili sauce, peanut sauce, or soy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
